With Leigh Stafford’s coaching, you can bring out the best version of yourself in each aspect of your life, whether that be in mental wellness, mindfulness, relationships, or self-development. Leigh works with groups and individuals to make positive changes in their lives, enhancing their mental health which results in increased productivity, happiness and resilience.
Process
The consultation session begins with a 15-minute call to connect, introduce ourselves, and learn more about you. Following that, we go through the topics you wish to focus on in greater detail during a 45-minute strategy Zoom session. Both calls are completely free.
Duration
Our coaching and mentoring sessions take place weekly over Zoom and last for an hour. Throughout the duration of the course, you are also provided you with Quality Mind’s app. This is where a lot of your personal activation work takes place. From 10 weeks to six months and beyond, we have a variety of programs to offer, each personalised for your special requirements.
Cost
A commitment to your personal growth is worth the investment. Our sessions and programs vary in price depending on your specific circumstances. However, our services start from $300.
