We'll kick off with a 15-minute chat to introduce each other and get an assessment of your unique situation. In addition, we'll figure out the expectations you have from a mindset coach. In the next step, we'll hop on a 45-minute Strategy Session during which we will explore your challenge areas and the effect they are having on your life. I'll then come up with a custom plan to cater specifically to your needs & requirements.
Duration
Coaching and mentoring are delivered through weekly Zoom meetings. Throughout our sessions, I'll give you the tools and direction you need when running through our course-specific Quality Mind app. Based on what you intend to get out of the program, we'll arrive at a minimum number of sessions needed to get the maximum results for you. These sessions can span anywhere between a few weeks to six months.
