To determine your specific needs and goals, we will begin with a 15-minute introduction or discovery call.

Our next step is a strategy session, whether over the phone or via Zoom, where we will learn what you are hoping to gain from the program and how to plan the next steps before beginning your journey!

Duration

Depending on your circumstances and preferences, the duration of the course can vary. As soon as you enrol in our program, you will receive our Quality Mind app which gives you full access to the program structure and daily tasks. In the course, our weekly online coaching and mentoring sessions run for around 60 minutes per session. Our programs and offerings range from hourly to yearly programs. It is likely that this will be decided depending on the discussions we have during your strategy session.
